Description: COATING TECHNICIAN, Willow Grove,
PA
First shift position (8am to 4:30pm) with a company that applies thin film
coating of metals, plastics, glass, dielectrics and other compounds to
specialty electronic and fiber optic components. Located close to the Willow
Grove exit of the PA Turnpike and public transportation. Requires Associate
Degree, or 2-year technical degree or 3-5 years experience in custom
electronics or mechanical fabrication (not production line work). Good math
skills, particularly in algebra and trigonometry are necessary. Candidate
will use spectrometer to determine optical properties, perform electrical
measurements, use microscope and fine tools to prepare products for coating,
etc. Will teach candidate to use a variety of sophisticated measuring
devices as well as vacuum coating machines. Strong benefit program.
-CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR, Warminster, PA
Machine/ job shop requires an experienced and skilled CNC mill operator for
a first shift position (6am to 4pm). Will work from blueprints to setup, use
Fanuc controls to make program modifications, and operate mills to maintain
tolerances of 3-4/10000. Ability to write programs using G and M code would
be a significant asset. Transportation and tools required. Benefits.

Heavy equipment repair shop requires 2 welders proficient in MIG and Stick
welding processes. Must be able to read blueprints, fabricate steel parts,
and perform mechanical assembly of heavy machinery. There may be an occasion
when over night fieldwork is required.
-MACHINE SHOP QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR, Lansdale, PA
Medium sized machine shop/ job shop requires an experienced inspector for a
first shift position. Must be able to read blueprints, be familiar with SPC
and be proficient in using machine shop precision measuring devices. Should
have own machinist tools.
-CNC LATHE OPERATOR, Warminster, PA
