NEW!!! Updates and News
New Guides for Citing Sources and Preparing Bibliographies
Are you looking for some direction with APA, Chicago, or MLA? Whichever reference you seek, these three guides will give you a quick and thorough introduction to the citation styles.
Trial Databases
We are pleased to be able to offer Associates Programs Source on a trial basis. This database is dedicated to two-year academic colleges and it covers many of the subjects offered here at the Luzerne County Community College including: criminal justice, hospitality, electrical technology, robotics, and much more.
Off-Campus Access
Off-Campus access to most library databases to which Luzerne County Community College subscribes is now available to all college students, faculty, and staff with a valid college e-mail account. Access the library research databases from off-campus by clicking on the link of the research database that is desired. The link will prompt you for a username and password. The username is the first part of your college e-mail account name (minus the @student.luzerne.edu for students, and minus @luzerne.edu for faculty and staff) and the password is one that you have already chosen, which should include at least one capital letter and one number.
If you have not created a college username and password, please
go here to create a new account. If you have forgotten your password, please visit the
LCCC Account Retrieval System webpage. If you still cannot access a database, call the library reference desk at 570-740-0661 or 800-377-5222, ext. 661.
