Help!
Q: How do I access resources off campus?
A: Off-Campus access to library resources is available to all students, faculty, and staff who have a valid LCCC e-mail account. A username and password is required. For more information go to the Off Campus Access page.
Q: How do I contact a Librarian?
A: The best way to get help from a librarian is to stop by the library in building 6 on main campus. If that is not an option, call us at 570-740-0415. You can submit a question using our online help form. The help form also has a staff directory if you want to contact a specific staff member.
Q: How do I check my due date or renew?
A: You can login to your library account and check the status of books out, requests, and any fines for overdues. You may also renew items once online. To login, go to the online catalog and select "My Account" from the navigation bar. You will need to enter your Borrower barcode # from the back of your LCCC library card. You can also renew by calling the circulation desk at 570-740-7415.
For more information about library policies see our Policies.
Q: Can I get materials from other libraries?
A: Yes! We work with other libraries to share materials through Interlibrary Loan. Submit a request for materials on our Interlibrary Loan page.
Q: How do I cite sources?
A: We have provided information about citing sources and some guides to help walk you through the process on our citation page. If you need more help, stop into the library and see a librarian.
Q: I'm not sure how to start my research...
A: If you're not sure where to start your research project we have created subject guides that point you in the right direction. These guides have suggestions on what databases, authoritative journals, and quality online sources to use to help get you started. Follow this link to the Subject Guides.

A: Our research help LibGuide page has How to guides related to EBSCOhost, Gale, JSTOR, Overdrive/Libby and O'Reilly.
